Understanding interdependencies does.
3️⃣ Every formal system has a shadow system beneath it.
Official org charts rarely show how decisions actually move.
Influence networks, informal advisors, quiet operators — they matter.
And perhaps that’s the real lesson:
Complex systems are never just what they appear to be.
